Gabriela Sepúlveda, “La Nueva Reina Del Regional Mexicano,” is an award-winning singer-songwriter and Netflix actress of Mexican-Chilean descent known for starring on the Telemundo and Netflix hit tv-series “Jenni Rivera: Mariposa de Barrio” where she played Jenicka López, the youngest daughter of the late singer, Jenni Rivera.
Specializing in Regional Mexican music, Gabriela started her career at 8 years old participating in national and international television programs such as La Voz Kids USA, Sábado Gigante, Tengo Talento Mucho Talento, and American Idol.
In 2020, her video singing Selena Quintanilla’s popular song “Bidi Bidi Bom Bom” in South Korea went viral on her YouTube channel reaching over 3 million views so far. Singing in both Spanish and English, she became the first person to sing Miley Cyrus’ hit song “The Climb” in Spanish, obtaining the rights from the Walt Disney Company in 2012.
Gabriela has collaborated with renowned artists including Luis Coronel, the Grammy winning band, Banda Los Sebastianes, K-Paz De La Sierra, La Sonora Santanera, Diana Reyes, and Spanish urban superstar, Abraham Mateo. She has been invited to open concerts for major artists including Charlie Zaa, Pablo Montero, El Dasa, La Sonora Santanera, and Banda Los Sebastianes.
